   • A subscription package has been selected by the subscriber.
   • Courier Platform has received a complete or half payment from the subscriber with regards to the selected package and time frame.

VALIDATION OF A SUBSCRIBER

1. In order for you to enroll on our site, you must be validated by Courier Platform. If in any way you fail the validation process, you will not be subscribed to our site.

2. A new legal contract shall arise between Courier Platform and the subscriber when:
   • The subscriber has selected their desired subscription package.
   • A complete payment over an agreed period of time from the subscriber has been received by Courier Platform.
   • The subscriber provides explicit details of any changes and renewals of the original documents.
3. In a situation where the subscriber fails to renew their subscription, Courier Platform may terminate the original contract and pursue all its legal remedies.

AVAILABILITY OF OUR SITES

TERMINATION

1. Courier Platform reserves the right and absolute discretion to pursue all legal remedies and are not limited to temporary suspension of a subscribers account if our policy is violated.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
